Christopher Roman joins our team with more than a decade of experience spanning politics, advocacy, fundraising, operations, and organizational leadership — and a deep commitment to building the coalitions and infrastructure that help Democrats win at every level of the ballot.

Most recently, Chris partnered with Rittenhouse Political Partners to support the fundraising efforts of Senator Sharif Street’s campaign for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District, where he served as Director of Operations. Through that work, we saw firsthand his strategic instincts, work ethic, and ability to bring people together around ambitious goals.

Chris is deeply invested in the success of Democratic candidates and causes both here in Philadelphia and nationally through his leadership with Young Democrats of America, where he serves as Pennsylvania’s National Committee Representative and contributes to the organization’s Diversity & Outreach Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Independence Business Alliance and the Executive Board of Liberty City LGBTQ Democratic Club.

 

A Philadelphia native and graduate of Wabash College, Chris brings enthusiasm, political acumen, and a strong belief in the power of community to everything he does.
