Natalie Bilansky is an experienced fundraiser with a diverse skill set that expands beyond politics. Her first fundraising job was as a Finance Assistant on the Kenney mayoral campaign. From there, she completed two tours at Keystone Political Advising LLC, serving as a Senior Consultant and the firm's Operations Director.

Outside of fundraising, Natalie worked in DC as a Political Client Finance Associate at the progressive Democratic media-buying firm Sage Media Planning and Placement, Inc. There, she oversaw clients’ cash on hand and payment transactions, and reconciled multi-million-dollar accounts. She also liaised with the respective campaigns, creative agencies, and assisted the Finance and Operations Directors with internal business operations.

Before joining Rittenhouse in 2024, Natalie worked on the Leadership Annual Giving team at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where she was integral to securing annual commitments from the museum's longest-standing and most generous supporters while also cultivating new prospect relationships.

Outside of work, you will find her at a local coffee shop or on the   Schuylkill River Trail with her dog, Cedric. She also loves to travel, attend sporting events, try new restaurants, and volunteer in the community.
